About Our Speakers

Kathy Shepard grew up on a dairy farm in a small town in Vermont. She was the fifth child in a family of eight children. She relocated to Florida in 2003. Although she began with very humble beginnings, she is currently building a rock solid empire for herself. Through self-awareness and tremendous growth, she has been able to create extreme success and wealth for herself and others.

Kathy started out in the nursing industry and has now entered the world of business through real estate investing, marketing, and education. She is on a path of self-awareness that inspires others to find their strengths and create the lives of their dreams. She is a wonderful mentor and is highly respected by her colleagues as a strong, independent female leader.

Her passion has always been assisting others. Through nursing she found many ways to serve people. She has found out through her own success that the best way to really assist a person is to bring them back to a place of hope and allow them to dream again, and even more importantly to assist them to translate those dreams into specific goals in order to achieve outrageous success and wealth.

Kathy is currently coining the phrase "Problem Solver" through assisting others to discover the answers they are seeking within themselves. Once a person knows what it is he or she truly wants, Kathy is able to create a path and a plan for them to achieve almost anything they can dream of and more.

Her mission is to create more "Recovering drama queens" and through the process create outrageous financial rewards for all involved. She loves to travel and meet people. She has been traveling domestically and will be expanding her travel globally.

On the back of her Mazda RX8 she has this message, "I made 6 figures in 6 months...again!  Ask me how."  She's currently doing that for the 4 the time!

Anyone interested in her mission to "pay it forward" may contact her directly to develop a plan together.

Kathy is also available for speaking engagements by request.

Jodi Glass grew up in upstate New York, the 2nd of two children.  Her family has been in the construction trades for years, going back two generations.  However, she chose a different path initially! At the age of 18, Jodi left cold temperatures behind, and moved to South Florida to complete her undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of South Florida.  She moved to Southern California several years later to complete graduate work, and became licensed as a Marriage Family Child Therapist, or LMFT.

Working in private practice for over 20 years, Jodi loved being able to assist others on their path toward living life to the fullest.  Jodi brought her ‘therapy” dogs to work with her, and found that clients were much more relaxed in their presence-especially adolescents.  She was fulfilled emotionally, but not financially!  After an awakening of her own, she realized that she needed to find a second career she could embrace as passionately as being a psychotherapist – but with greater financial rewards.  After searching for close to a year, it became clear that real estate investing & development would be her new path.  So after all those years in academia, private practice and searching, she returned to her family roots!

Jodi started out doing rehabs/fix & flips, and then moved on to more advanced strategies as her education in real estate investing grew.  She now focuses on buy and hold properties and is involved with a team that is investing in, and developing multi-family properties!

Jodi loves to share her knowledge with others and is particularly interested in helping other women find financial freedom.  She believes that many women do not acknowledge their own self-worth, and as nurturers often do not seek out the financial compensation they deserve. She is on a continuing path of self-growth herself, always striving for balance emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
